Installing and Removing Cards
Expansion cards need to be set OUS (Out-of-Service) and deleted before installing new cards in a slot. If you install a card in an already configured slot then a FAULT-DIF will appear in the [Configuration > Slot] Tab of the maintenance console. I couldn't find any way to modify the card once the slot has a fault.
Configuring slots for new cards can be done prior to installing them by dragging the card type name from the list or selecting a card and dragging the image that appears. Cards will be brought INS (In-Service) after install and power-up.
Initial Software Setup
Maintenance Console has multiple programmer codes: INSTALLER, ADMIN, USER Each has a password. By default they are '1234'.
