Miyoo Flip (handheld gaming console)

I loaded up a fresh SD card with https://github.com/spruceUI/spruceOS/releases/tag/flip0.0 stock card contents. Then I added the firmware update and let the device update. Fortunately no bricking issues.

I copied Roms and game files for my systems.

I edited retroarch.cfg and ra64.miyoo.cfg, setting user_language to 0. I think the retroarch file is the original, and ra64.miyoo is meant to be edited and override things to user preference. Doing it on the console works, but there is an extra step to manually save configuration changes.
